Every engagement begins with a working assessment scoped separately to need: up to 3 months of joining key meetings, supporting active priorities, and filling immediate needs where necessary to understand where quality breaks down.
This assessment concludes with a blueprint month ($3,500): a focused design period that turns what surfaced into a clear plan for the next project, season, or communications priority.
A blueprint month includes 3 sessions:
- Ideation: define vision, success, and non-negotiables
- Stakeholder listening: 1 cluster to map roles, expectations, and bottlenecks
- Design presentation: a proposed workflow, cadence, and next-step project shape
Deliverables (an anchor board and working files):
- Project or season intent & non-negotiables outline
- Stakeholder, decision-rights and friction map
- Roadmap, scope and sequence for the next project or season
How it starts and then starts over.
We establish a defined scope, timeline, and check-in cadence for the duration of any project or season.
When the project is complete, the engagement ends, is renewed for a duplicate season, or restarts with a new working assessment period and blueprint month for ideas in development.
